Redondo Taqueria Fundraiser |Newport On The Levee|Saturday June 4th
Join us for a special fundraising event. On Saturday, June 4th, Redondo Taqueria will donate a percentage of your purchase to the League For Animal Welfare. They are located at the Newport on the Levee. The offer is good all day for dine in or carry out. For your purchase to qualify you must present a flyer at the time of purchase. It’s time to mark your calendar! The annual League “Family” Picnic will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2016
Located in the picnic area on the League grounds, it’s time to bring our family together – donors, volunteers, adopters and staff – all the people who make the League such a special place. This year, we are selling RAFFLE TICKETS and they are on sale now. New this year you can get your tickets online! You can also purchase the tickets in the League lobby.
We Do Love Our Volunteers!
We could not do what we do without our volunteers. There are so many different ways to contribute your time and talents across a wide range of chosen activities, from walking dogs and socializing kittens to answering phones, weeding gardens and assisting at League events and list the goes on. The League for Animal Welfare (LFAW), a nonprofit organization, operates the first established and largest adoption center and no-kill animal shelter in Cincinnati. Through a variety of innovative programs including adoptions, spay and neuter and humane education, we strive to ensure that animal companionship is accessible to all. TQL hosted the Running Man fundraiser on April 14th. TQL employee, Chris McMahon ran for 12 hours on a treadmill to raise money for the League for Animal Welfare.
